Gamification

Faced with increasingly complex and unpredictable challenges, organizations are trying to cultivate skills such as creative thinking, fostering collaboration, making decisions with limited information and problem solving in their workforce.

Enter the world of gamification and experiential activities. Many of the techniques that make play and/or games fun can be used in work-based scenarios to achieve outcomes such as learning, innovation, collaboration, engagement and other cognitive competencies.

In our continuous search for changing individual and collective human behavior, we’ve found that games and gamification approaches can be impactful triggers. Not to mention, just plain fun.
