Task 1: Organization Development Engagements
The Skyline Suite
Skyline, Cityscapes, PLACES, Culture Co-Lab, Spextrics
The Skyline Suite revolutionizes organizational development by integrating Skyline, Cityscapes, PLACES, Culture Co-Lab, and Spextrics into a cohesive framework. It addresses organizational challenges by fostering a shared understanding of culture through the Skyline metaphor, exploring micro-cultures with Cityscapes, and actualizing cultural blueprints via PLACES. Culture Co-Lab ensures the sustainability of cultural shifts, while Spextrics focuses on aligning individual talents with organizational needs. This suite empowers organizations to navigate and shape their cultural landscape, promoting innovation, inclusivity, and a sense of shared purpose, thus enhancing overall effectiveness and adaptability.
Trust Workshops
Our trust workshop facilitates this exact competency in a pragmatic and interactive approach that prioritizes changing behavior to align intent to outcome. We focus on helping individuals, especially leaders, consider their actions through this lens – does this behavior help my people to trust me? Does this behavior show my people that I trust them? And if not, how to align behavior for these key outcomes. Ultimately, building trust with your people creates a high-trust organization that is essential to delivering business results such as innovation and resilience.
Gathering Feedback
In order to get the most holistic picture possible, we use various tools and techniques for gathering feedback from our clients and engagement participants. Our feedback methods are context-specific, ranging from a quick check-in for Return on Time Invested (ROTI) to more in-depth, real-time, collaborative surveys through tools like Remesh. When we use survey tools, we’re able to process the responses to extract rich feedback and collective sentiments. These, in turn, become inputs for continuous improvement of our service delivery and client experience.
As part of our organizational change management work, we've designed and delivered staff engagement surveys within OIT in 2022 and 2023, with more than 75% response rate. These surveys which integrated anonymous quantitative and qualitative measurements are designed to provide actional feedback loops for organizational behavior change.
CMS/OIT All Staff
One of the most festive and engaging all staff sessions at OIT, led by the AgileXtended team. Our team plans and executes 90-minute holiday session, which is inclusive and accessible, where there is something for everybody, even a room to just come and hang out. Given the time of year, we focus on connecting to our traditions, families, communities, and selves. We design and facilitate a wide range of activities, from competitive games like Jeopardy and Family Feud, to facilitated conversations and more individual activities both for challenging oneself and for decompressing. In 2023 we had a special category appearance from the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC)!
Charting our Journey
An AX assessment on organizational culture including assessment of current state and creating a roadmap to achieve the vision of our leadership team. We leveraged Hofstede’s culture dimensions to facilitate discussion on the current state, which revealed chasms and gaps in people’s perception. We then created a path to narrow the gaps and iterate towards a more cohesive sense of “One OIT.”
