Culture Co-lab Kit: DEIA

Are you looking for additional ways to incorporate diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility into your organizational culture? Realizing the value of DEIA takes practice, like building any skill, both at the individual and organizational level. We can guide you through this practice with our DEIA Culture Co-Lab Kit.

Our DEIA Culture Co-Lab Kit provides a diverse set of techniques and practices to introduce and reinforce inclusive approaches in bite-size increments. We create and deliver small injections of diversity, equity, inclusivity, and accessibility to level up your organizational culture.

This year-long program includes 12 virtual kits, delivered monthly. Each kit contains facilitation materials for a small group activity, messaging for the group or organization, and a curated list of resources to continue your exploration. Over the course of the year, your team or group will gain fluency in their DEIA understanding and practices, and they will become ambassadors for leading culture change in your organization.

We also offer Culture Co-Lab Kits focused on cultivating organizational capability around agility and innovation.

    What drives you? Prioritize three from list of 20 positive values that most resonate with you. Share with each other and discuss the implications.

  • I Am But I Am Not ...

    Explore misconceptions and stereotypes by having individuals share how they fit and don’t fit into these stereotypes with this facilitated activity.

  • Web of Inclusion

    This scenario-based activity explores the contexts in which individuals experience micro-aggressions, negative judgements and prejudices.
