DEIA

Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility

Envision a space and a community that seems to be designed for you … inviting you in, making it instinctive for you to navigate, delightfully surprising you … that’s our vision for DEIA.

Diversity, equity, inclusivity, and accessibility. Each of these words is essential in representing a tangible aspect of organizational culture, and the sum is greater than the parts. We need to be diverse. We need to craft equitable paths. We need to design communities where we can all belong. We need to incorporate accessibility into everything we do. The path forward is to shape products, services, messages, and communities with all of us in mind from the very beginning. We are all better when every authentic voice is heard and we can see the whole picture from many perspectives. We can achieve more, do better, and act faster when we all can play a role.

Our DEIA products and services are designed to facilitate this journey for every person, every community, and every organization. We can help, but we cannot do it for you. Your commitment and our expertise combine to make the difference.

    Allyship Well

Allyship is both a shared responsibility and a role everyone can make their own. The Allyship Well is a place where we share stories and put our values into action—by learning how to be better allies for each other. Being an ally is about transforming spaces so that everyone can truly belong. It's about actively fostering a culture of hospitality in our workspaces and our public spaces. It’s about seeing all our reflections in the metaphorical water of our Allyship Well and appreciating ourselves and each other.

    Stereotypes & Superpowers

Many organizations have tried to improve equity and inclusion through embracing diversity, especially gender diversity. However, increased representation doesn’t mean increased equity. We can learn to bridge the gap between diversity and equity through exploring common stereotypes and how we can overcome them. The pilot version of the Stereotypes and Superpowers workshop is designed to help women hold up a mirror to their internal voices and thoughts that are a reflection of the broader culture.
